1 hour late. $902.00 to recode 2 door locks with 2 codes each. When getting a hold of the company to fill out a W9 form for tax purposes, I got the run around after numerous calls, still no reply with the W-9, I get the feeling they’re hiding something. Will never use this company ever again, nor well I recommend their service.

Just bought a condo in Woodranch and called a few locksmith to rekey the locks. A1 had the better price and they came the same day. Rekey 5 locks to a same key. Replaced mailbox lock and made me some copies. Very professional.

I called and inquired about rekeying my lock. I was quote a service fee of $15 and an estimate of $35-55. Upon arrival late), the locksmith said my lock was "special" and it would cost $100. I have a standard front door lock that can be purchased just about anywhere. When I declined the service, the price immediately dropped to $60. I commented on the cost and what was quote- the locksmith told me that the estimate did not include parts he would have to provide (for a rekey??). I declined the service and he said the service fee is $20. I did not argue the increase in that fee either. The locksmith left and text me for nearly 2 hours asking to come back and do the job for $60. I declined, respectfully, and stated I do not like being lied to or taken advantage of. Today I call the local number and find out it is the same locksmith.... he hung up on me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Went in with a lock problem. Brought in the part that I thought might be defective. They told me they didn't know if the part was good or bad and then told me to contact the manufacturer. I had no way to lock up my home. I thought that they would know basic lock operation. I was wrong. I've dealt with this company before with great results. Maybe it has changed ownership.
